We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Wound Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our Wound Management team. As a Wound Nurse (LPN/RN) , you will play a vital role in providing high-quality wound care to our residents. Your expertise will help us promote healing, prevent complications, and improve the overall health and well-being of our residents. Wound Nurse (LPN/RN) Responsibilities Provide compassionate, individualized wound care to residents, including wound assessment, treatment, and education Develop and implement wound care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team Conduct regular wound assessments and monitor progress to ensure optimal healing Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans Wound Nurse (LPN/RN) Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Missouri Current CPR certification Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills If you are a dedicated and compassionate Wound Nurse (LPN/RN) with a passion for wound care, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
