BCBA Clinical Supervisor – Remote, Hybrid & Senior Opportunities Available Location: Santa Clarita, CA. Job Type: Full-Time What we offer (Right up Front!) Total Compensation: $84,000k – $103,000k (Based on Experience, Role, & Region) Up to $6,000 in performance bonuses

What you’ll do: Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors. Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families. Collaborate with a team of passionate clinicians who are as excited about growth as you are. Deliver meaningful parent training and support. Stay hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals.
