Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
• Experience supporting children or adolescents in educational, behavioral health, or therapeutic settings
• Understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and techniques
• Excellent communication, rapport-building, and collaboration skills
• Flexibility and reliability to be available on a per diem/as-needed schedule
• Ability to respond effectively to varying student needs and school day changes
• Strong commitment to safeguarding confidential information and maintaining professional standards

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support and intervention to assigned students
• Implement treatment and behavior plans as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect data on student progress and behavior for ongoing assessment
• Communicate observations and updates to school staff and clinical supervisors
• Foster a positive, supportive environment that enhances student engagement and learning
• Adapt interventions proactively in response to evolving student needs
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in accordance with school policies and RBT code of ethics
