While tax questions are often complex, we develop practical, commercial answers for clients across a range of industries. About the Role
The Tax Department is conducting a national search for senior associates with a minimum of 4 years of law-firm experience dedicated to transactional tax matters, including domestic and cross-border M&A matters, partnership tax matters, private equity fund formation, capital markets, and financings. Salary range $310,000 to $420,000
