Pride Foundation is seeking a Senior Program Officer to lead the Community Grants program and advance a thoughtful, community-informed funding strategy. This role works closely with the Assistant Director of Programs and the Grants Team, shaping multi-year initiatives and ensuring trust-based grantmaking grounded in racial justice. The Senior Program Officer will build relationships with grantee partners, implement due diligence, and share learnings with the team to strengthen our approach. #J-18808-Ljbffr Funders for LGBTQ Issues
