Recruiter, Global Talent Acquisition

IQVIA seeks a Recruiter to source, select, and hire candidates across the organization. The role involves collaborating with management, writing job postings, conducting interviews, coordinating advertising efforts, and ensuring compliance with hiring guidelines while supporting workforce diversity.

Responsibilities

• Source, select, and hire qualified candidates through proactive pipelining and talent development
• Create and post job advertisements across multiple media channels and job fairs
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
• Partner with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify candidates
• Meet with business leaders to discuss market intelligence and use data to drive recruitment objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1 year recruiting or staffing function experience
• Knowledge of recruiting legislation and compliance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of market trends and talent landscape
• Located in Central or Eastern time zone, US

Compensation: $42,200.00 - $174,700.00 base
