Camping World is on the lookout for a talented Service Technician to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about repairing and maintaining Recreational Vehicle (RV) systems, generators, and coach body repairs, we want to hear from you! We're seeking individuals with strong diagnostic skills and a love for hands‑on problem‑solving in mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance areas. A successful RV Technician should possess keen attention to detail, self‑motivation, and extensive knowledge in maintenance and repairs. What You'll Do: Conduct and document thorough diagnostic tests and provide repair or replacement services for customers. Perform maintenance tasks related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances. Track and manage all parts and materials utilized in repairs or replacements. Keep your supervisor informed of your work progress. Ensure the final work product meets our high‑quality standards and is inspected by your supervisor or designated personnel. Maintain a clean and safe work environment for yourself and your coworkers. What You'll Need to Succeed: Certification from a college or technical school in a trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.) is a plus, but we also value relevant work experience. At least 1 year of experience as a service technician or in a related field is preferred. Ability to work at heights and handle potential hazards from electrical and welding equipment. Readiness to work in various environmental conditions, including heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, and wetness. Willingness to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for extended periods. Must have your own hand/shop tools. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices. A valid driver's license is preferred.
