Our Values: Put Patients First Empower Entrepreneurial Provider and Care Teams Operate with Integrity & Excellence Be Innovative Work As One Team What You'll Do Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses, interpreting test results as necessary Collaborate with the patient and the patient's family as needed to create and execute treatment plans and ensure proper coordination of care to optimize patient’s health progress Refer to specialists when appropriate Perform routine health screenings, health maintenance care, annual exams, and work with our quality and coding department for templates and processes. Provide appropriate education, feedback and assessment of care to ensure the safety of patients and their families Qualifications Successful completion of family/internal medicine residency program Board eligible/Board certified Unrestricted and active Nevada Physician License Current BLS, ACLS, CSR, and NV DEA certification prior to start date Experience in Women's Health is a plus Proficiency in Spanish Job Benefits We are looking for a Spanish-speaking PCP to join our clinic at 8420 S Eastern Ave, Suite 101, Las Vegas, NV 89123 The target pay range for this role is $220,000-250,000 base salary with additional annual bonus structure. This salary range represents our national target range for this role. Astrana employees who refer additional physicians to our practices will be eligible to receive a $3000 bonus per physician hired OR $3500 bonus per bilingual physician hired!
