AUTO MECHANIC (Tucson)
CAR GURU Auto Sales is looking for a motivated automotive mechanic/technician to join our growing dealership team.
We are a fast-paced independent dealership moving volume, and we need someone who can help keep our inventory front-line ready. Position:Automotive Technician / Mechanic Requirements: Must have your own tools
Reliable transportation
Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles independently (for experienced techs)
Strong work ethic – we move fast
Must be dependable and show up ready to work Pay Structure (Performance-Based Growth): Starting pay depends on experience and productivity
Entry-level / probationary period to prove skill and efficiency
Opportunity for quick pay increases based on performance
Bonus opportunities for efficiency and turnaround time If you’re experienced and can produce, you will make more here — fast. ⚙️ Work Includes: Inspections and diagnostics
Brakes, suspension, engine work
Getting inventory ready for sale
