Welding ForemanMentor, OH - JOB 26-00509 Salary Range: $70k - $85k Full-time Permanent Position with BenefitsMentor, Ohio area Company is hiring a Welding Field Foreman with welding & rigging equipment experience to manage crew and assist as needed. Requirements:High School Graduate, GED, Vocational School and/or higher-level educationStrong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time managementManage projects, problem solve, and manage crew safety & timely completionOpen to 25 - 30% travel (typically 1 - 2 weeks per project)Welding & rigging equipment experiencePlan material, client, information, equipment, environment, and toolsPossess valid drivers' license and clean driving record to drive company vehicles if neededOversee project safety, quality, and profit goals for project activitiesWelding capabilities - certifications preferredCandidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
