Associate Attorney - Litigation

UB Greensfelder currently has an opening in the Chicago office for an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join the Litigation Practice Group, working on commercial litigation involving financial services, securities, and complex financial transactions. Manage cases from inception through discovery and trial preparation. Attend depositions, settlement conferences, and other hearings. Prepare motions, discovery responses, and client reports. Assist in trial preparation including strategy, discovery, records review, client interview, and witness preparation. Appearing in court and arguing substantive motions. Qualified Applicants Will Have : 3+ years of litigation based practice required; experience with commercial business dispute matters preferred. Experience taking and defending depositions. Superior analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
