Job Description

CTR Group is seeking several experienced shipfitters to support structural fabrication and repair aboard naval vessels. Immediate openings and urgently hiring! Responsibilities: Lay out, position, and secure parts and assemblies according to blueprints and specifications Fit and tack weld structural components including bulkheads, decks, and frames Operate hand and power tools to cut, grind, and shape metal materials Work in confined spaces and shipboard environments Collaborate with welders, pipefitters, and other trades to meet project goals Requirements: Prior experience as a shipfitter or in shipyard structural work or equivalent military experience Proficiency in blueprint reading and metal fabrication techniques
