Collaborate in a vibrant charter school setting, working directly with a diverse student caseload to make a meaningful impact during the 2026–2027 school year. With a schedule of 1.5 days (16 hours) per week, this opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy fostering students’ growth while maintaining a flexible work-life balance.
What we’re seeking:
- Current, active OT license required
- Previous experience as a school-based Occupational Therapist strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with educational staff, students, and families
- Ability to adapt therapy plans for varied age groups and needs
- Commitment to ethical, student-centered practice
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing targeted OT interventions to support students’ academic and functional performance
- Evaluating and documenting student progress toward individualized education plan (IEP) goals
- Collaborating with teachers and special education staff on classroom strategies and accommodations
- Maintaining detailed records and timely reports in compliance with school protocols
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expertise to team discussions
