Our vision for the future is to continue to seek premium brands while recognizing a need for value in the marketplace.We are seeking a Merchandising Manager to join our team (Monday-Friday, day shift).The Merchandising Manager is responsible for leading the merchandising team to ensure that Knoxville Beverage’s products are available and supported by point-of-sale materials in customer accounts.Duties include:Manage the selection, development, and retention of merchandising staffDevelop the daily schedule for merchandising teamCollaborate with chain and independent retail divisions about customer accountsInvestigate and resolve external complaints and requestsManage point of sale materials inventory and ensure accurate information is available to internal stakeholdersCommunicate with graphic designers to request printed materialMaintain a strong customer service relationship with KBC customersEnsure safety requirements as it relates to equipment and staffProvide brand-specific product education and training tools to enhance the knowledge and performance of staffMonitor driving reports and analyze data as neededBuild, install, and maintain in-store displays and racks for the chain and independent retail divisionInstall vinyl graphics on windows and storefrontsHang or mount items on walls or from ceilingsBachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experienceThree years of management experience in beverage industry or similar fieldMust be at least 21 years of ageAbility to lift and stack cases averaging 40 lbs. eachAbility to climb ladders and use basic hand tools for assembling or mountingAbility to obtain State of Tennessee ABC Wholesalers Employee permitValid driver's license with ability to meet company driving history requirementsDrug and background checks requiredKnoxville Beverage Company offers a full benefit package including:Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days$1,800 annual company contribution to health savings accountPaid holidays starting day onePaid time offCompany paid long term disability insuranceShort term disability insuranceCompany paid life insurance401k with 100% company match #J-18808-Ljbffr Knoxville-Beverage-Company
