Are you passionate about creating delicious dishes and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment? Moat Mountain Smokehouse & Brewing Co. is looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our team in North Conway, NH. As a Line Cook, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary talents and contribute to our unique dining experience.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure proper plate presentation and food quality
- Execute various cooking techniques including pasta, salads, scratch cooking, wok, broiling, seafood, sautéing, and more
- Manage portion control and adhere to dietary restrictions and special diets
- Create soups, desserts, sauces, and pastries
Required Skills:
- Experience in a la carte cooking
- Strong knife skills
- Ability to make sauces from scratch
- Knowledge of pastry making
- Previous kitchen management experience
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with dietary restrictions and special diets
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work in a team environment
Salary and Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $38,000.00
- Maximum Salary: $52,000.00
- Health Insurance and Vacation Leave benefits
