Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:30) | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care in a Level I Trauma, acute care environment at a 1:1 patient ratio
• Perform circulator duties throughout surgical procedures in the operating room
• Utilize Cerner for clinical documentation and patient charting
• Participate in on-call requirements consisting of approximately 24–36 hours per month as directed by OR leadership
• Work 2–3 weekend shifts per month as required
• Fulfill holiday coverage obligations as outlined during assignment onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (pending licensure may be considered at time of submission)
• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room RN experience
• Demonstrated Level I Trauma experience
• Circulator experience required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
• Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility (non-local candidates only; non-local driver's license required on file)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a teaching hospital or children's hospital setting
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records system
• Prior travel nursing experience
