Senior Maintenance Technician - Multi-Site, Resident-Focused

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to join our multi-site team. You will maintain properties, support management, and ensure safety while delivering excellent resident service. The role requires at least one year in community maintenance and strong carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and appliance knowledge.
