Job Summary: Develop an integration layer in Java for two systems. One system is in the cloud and the other is Flagstar's document repository. Events between the two systems will be going through an enterprise service bus and enterprise queuing system. From the events multiple actions will be triggered, an example would be to fetch the document content from the cloud system or update meta data in the document repository.

• Implementing enterprise applications based on Java / J2EE, Spring framework, Hibernate ORM framework, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, JMS, Web Services (REST), Spring Boot, Microservice, Apache ActiveMQ, Oracle, JBoss, Tomcat, Eclipse, Maven, SQL Developer, GIT, BitBucket
• Develop back end Java applications to handle documents and events with FileNet P8
• Foreseeing problems that could arise during coding and then preventing them by planning out any development beforehand, researching and quickly evaluating the viability of any tools or techniques that could accelerate development while simultaneously increasing the durability/performance/readability of the resulting code
• Creating technical Stories, tasks, etc., creating a proof of concept for adopting new technologies
• Working with the quality team on functional, performance, regression, automation testing
• Working with infrastructure team in deploying and maintaining the application in continuous integration continuous deployment (CICD) way
