• Mon-Fri 11pm-7:30am (Medical Technologist)
• Tues, Thurs, & Fri 11pm-7:30am (Medical Lab Technician)

Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Medical Lab Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) to support day-to-day hematology operations. This role is responsible for specimen processing, analysis, and reporting of results while ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with laboratory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process specimens according to department protocols
• Perform testing procedures and report accurate, precise results
• Interpret findings and identify/correct issues impacting test performance
• Maintain instruments and troubleshoot methods as needed
• Follow all laboratory safety guidelines and standard procedures
• Assist leadership with administrative tasks (inventory, supply ordering)
• Support QA/QC programs and ensure proper documentation
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with departments across and its subsidiaries
• Adhere to corporate compliance, privacy, and security policies
• Meet departmental productivity expectations

Qualifications

• MLT: Associate's degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science
• MT: Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science or medical technology
• Valid ASCP or AMT certification required (or eligible to sit for exam)
• Commitment to continuing education for licensure/certification
• 1 year of experience preferred
