Our Pediatric Express Care team plays a vital role in ensuring timely, high-quality care for children in our community-and we're excited to welcome a provider who shares that passion.Why This Role Is SpecialMake a direct impact by providing convenient, same-day care for pediatric patients in our Express Care clinicWork in a collaborative, supportive environment where your clinical judgment and voice are valuedEnjoy professional growth opportunities while contributing to a greater purposeEligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) as a non-profit employeeWhat You'll DoProvide high-quality, compassionate care for children with non-emergency illnesses and minor injuriesPerform timely evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans in a pediatric-focused Express Care settingEducate parents and caregivers on treatment plans, preventive care, and follow-up needsCollaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and care teams to ensure seamless patient experiencesMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standardsWhat You'll BringCurrent Washington State license as an ARNP, MD, or DO (or ability to obtain prior to start date)Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required; pediatric, urgent care, or family medicine experience strongly preferredStrong clinical judgment, communication skills, and comfort working independentlyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environmentExperience with EHR systems; Epic experience is a plusWhy Ocean Beach Health?This isn't just a job-it's a lifestyle.
