About the Role
Our customer is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Customer Service representative working in the claims department to join the team in Concord for a 6-month contract. In this dynamic role, you will be the friendly voice connecting with their dealership partners, supporting the claims process, and helping update critical customer data as they transition to a new AI system.

Key Responsibilities

Claims Administration: Initiate new claims, gather required documentation, and accurately enter all details into an Excel and their database- high attention to detail is critical.
Outbound Dealership Outreach: Actively call dealerships directly to collect payment information and verify account details to update the databases.
Inbound Call Handling: Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls, providing warm, efficient, and professional customer service.
AI System Integration: Assist with updating and transitioning dealership data into the new AI software platform.
Payment Processing: Securely collect and process payment information from dealerships and customers.

Qualifications & Requirements

Customer Service Mindset: Proven customer service experience with an upbeat, enthusiastic, and welcoming phone presence.
Tech-Savvy: Fast learner with software, web tools, and new platforms; comfortable navigating and updating database systems.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and accuracy when entering data into internal systems.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Adaptability: Comfortable handling repetitive call tasks while maintaining high energy and accuracy.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in phone-based customer support, claims, or dealership services is a plus.
