What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical and/or cognitive impairments
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary care team
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments to maximize outcomes
• Maintain clear, professional documentation

What You Bring:

• Active Arizona Physical Therapy license (or license-eligible)
• Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
