What You'll Do:
- Evaluate and treat patients with physical and/or cognitive impairments
- Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary care team
- Monitor progress and adjust treatments to maximize outcomes
- Maintain clear, professional documentation

- Active Arizona Physical Therapy license (or license-eligible)
