Java Backend Engineer

To support the expansion of an AI-based prediction service, the full-time Java Backend Engineer will design, develop, and maintain the system while collaborating with data science teams, working remotely during American or European hours. Key responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and maintain the Parknav prediction service Research and implement new methodologies and applications related to geospatial data and machine learning Collaborate with data science and machine learning teams to enhance analysis and predictions on street-level geospatial data Required qualifications Expertise in Java programming Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure Proficiency in Spring or Lightbend stacks Background in Math/Machine Learning or geospatial mapping experience Fluent in English with the ability to work independently
