Tasks include evaluating health, identifying issues, creating care plans, and tracking treatment responses. Help patients navigate their healthcare safely. Use knowledge of needs to prevent issues.Essential Functions of the RolePrioritizing patient and family needs is crucial. Responsibilities involve developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans. Adjust as needed.Making a safe place for patients, families, staff is vital.This includes maintaining confidentiality and voicing patient concerns when necessary.The successful candidate will manage learning for patients and families. They will help nursing staff grow.
