One of the best , well established Broker /Banker Lenders in Orange County needs a VERY EXPERIENCED LOAN PROCESSOR who Knows systems like ARIVE and ENCOMPASS and has worked with a variety of investors like Credit Unions, banks, secondary market buyers, and major conduits. This group is very PURCHASE ORIENTED and handles premium borrowers for Loan Amounts to $5.0 Million and above and has over 150 very experienced Loan Officers. Earn a solid Base salary plus $225 or more per closed file and make over $10,000 per month!! Must have at least 7 years of solid, recent experience with existing mortgage groups and be able to handle 25 to 50 files per month. Excellent people skills and communication skills and TIME MANAGEMENT are a must! THIS IS AN IN OFFICE POSITION so you must be able to come to work at the HQ in Costa Mesa. Positions available as of AUGUST 1st. Have a GREAT career with a group that treats you like royalty in an atmosphere where you will feel both Challenged and Rewarded!
