About the Role
The Company is in search of an Area Vice President of Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to acquire new accounts, managing a robust sales pipeline, and establishing strong relationships at all client levels. This role demands a professional with a minimum of 5 years' of proven B2B or staffing sales experience, a track record of closing large deals, and a background in selling solutions rather than products. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, adept at understanding and addressing customer needs, and will have a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
