As a Car Sales Associate, you will guide customers from showroom consultation through purchase while building long-term relationships. Working with a sales team and dedicated manager, you will present vehicles, support informed buying decisions, and follow up with customers to foster continued engagement. This role offers opportunities to advance into senior sales positions.
Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Present vehicles and explain relevant features and benefits.
- Follow up with leads and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Negotiate sales with customers professionally and effectively.
- Maintain strong knowledge of available inventory.
- Complete accurate sales documentation.
- Guide customers through the showroom-to-purchase journey.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in automotive sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Sales negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
