Position Overview We are seeking an Elite, Professional Kitchen Designer with a proven track record of sales success and a passion for designing functional, beautiful kitchen spaces. This fast-paced role is ideal for a highly motivated designer who excels at building rapport with clients over the phone and via email. If you are a 2020 Design expert who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment, this is the opportunity you've been looking for. We are authorized to hire remote employees in many states, but not all states. What We Offer Starting salary of $60,000 up to your first 6 months Six-figure earning potential with our generous compensation structure Full benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Paid training for all new designers Remote opportunities available in many U.S. states. We currently have no ability to hire outside of the continental United States. Tampa Bay candidates encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities Design high-quality, functional kitchen layouts using 2020 Design software Provide exceptional service to prospective clients via phone and email Qualifications Associate Degree, minimum, Bachelor's Degree preferred 5+ years of Demonstrated success in kitchen design and sales Expert-level proficiency in 2020 Design Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage a fast-paced workload efficiently Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality design Remote candidates must have a reliable home office setup Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
