Sr. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Coach - Houston, TX Sr. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Coach Primary Function: To provide provide lean-agile consulting, training, and services to our clients and partners. Reports To: Director of Agile Services Pay: Dependent on experience Duration: 1+ years Location: Houston, TX, USA (Local applicants only / No relocation) More Details Sr. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Coach This customer facing role is a critical member of our Services Team Work closely with our services team and the client to develop Agile transformation plans to meet their objectives Define and present to customers product and technology training on both tool solutions and modern software engineering best practices Work on customer engagements to assist in the successful transformations Provide strong support and championing of Lean-Agile values and principles Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or similar field Five years minimum of recent applied Agile experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to ensure milestones are met Ability to work effectively in cross functional (operations, management, and financial) teams Preferred Qualifications: Consulting experience desired but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
