Our company has grown almost every year for the past 50 years with little employee turnover, and we’re well positioned for continued growth.**Primary Responsibilities:**Proficiently program/operate/edit CNC mills and lathes to produce precision partsSet up machines using detailed sheets and tool lists for efficient runsRead and interpret blueprints, engineered drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracyConduct inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other gauging toolsDeburr and finish parts to meet quality standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workspaceApply manual machining skills as needed (experience is a plus!)Collaborate with the team on process improvements and troubleshootingLeverage experience to mentor apprentices**Key Qualifications/Skills:**At least 6 years of CNC machining experience (we'll consider strong manual machining backgrounds or eager learners with relevant training)Journeyman PapersStrong attention to detail and organizational skills for high-precision workExcellent verbal communication to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to read blueprints and use inspection tools proficientlyHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications (e.g., NIMS) are a bonusCommitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced settingAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.You should be proficient in:CNC ProgrammingCNC Machine Setup & ChangeoverMachine Setups for Production RunsMachines & technologies you'll use:CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Doosan)CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Doosan)CAM Software (Mastercam)CNC Lathe (5+ axis) (Doosan) #J-18808-Ljbffr
