Job Description Job Description Job Title: Full-Time Licensed Dental Assitant (LDA) (4-Day Workweek! Mon–Thu, 32 Hrs) About Us: We are a warm, supportive, single-doctor dental practice looking for a dependable Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team! If you are looking for a collaborative, low-stress environment where your contributions are valued and you get 3-day weekends every week, we’d love to meet you. Schedule & Highlights:
Days: Monday through Thursday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | ~32 hours/week)
3-Day Weekends: Enjoy every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off!
Workplace Culture: Small, organized office with 1 doctor and a team that genuinely supports each other. Key Responsibilities:
Chairside assisting during examination and treatment procedures.
Preparing and sterilizing instruments, equipment, and operatories.
Taking digital X-rays and maintaining accurate patient records.
Greeting patients warmly and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for.
Making temporary crowns/bridges
Child prophylaxis
Nitrous Administration (certification necessary) Qualifications:
Dental Assistant experience/completion of an accredited Minnesota DA program.
Active X-ray certification (or state-required licenses).
Great team-player attitude, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
