Our Company:

SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.

Responsibilities:

• Clarifications and Facility Call Check-Ins.

• Out-of-Stock/Not Available Calls.

• Back-Up Pharmacy and Script Transfers.

• Verbal Phone Requests and Refills.

• Communication with Billing Department.

• Reports

• Proof of Delivery (POD) Management.

Qualifications:

• Active OH Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician Licensed.

• Previous experience in pharmacy.

• LTC pharmacy experience preferred.

• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Moderate to advanced computer skills required.

• Great telephone etiquette a must.

• Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to train on first shift 8am-4:30pm

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.

All Shifts: Monday- Friday and Every Other Weekend

• 6pm-2:30pm

• 10pm-6:30am
