Our client is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join their team to help make an impact in Chicago. The ideal candidate is creative, strategic thinking with strong social marketing, writing, and video editing skills. The successful candidate will work closely with the team on the implementation of their communications strategy to their supporters, the business community, and the media. remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient will be critical for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to multitask while managing projects and meeting deadlines, and a real desire to be a part of an innovative team. Execute all email marketing campaigns through Informz. Draft and distribute post-program member surveys. Create digital programs for company events. Design promotional materials as needed. Develop materials for upcoming programs, including announcement graphics, dashboard advertisements, program banners, promotional decks, committee presentations, and event marketing materials. Manage daily content and engagement across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook. Create photo and video compilations for future events and social media. Manage the YouTube channel, including publishing content. Monitor and support YouTube livestreams during high-profile events. Create and monitor daily RSS feeds for the company and member-related news. Track and report social media performance, KPIs, and progress toward goals using Google Analytics and Sprout Social. Edit and post-produce high-quality program footage, publish it to YouTube promptly after events and as needed. Perform color matching, color correction, and audio post-production. Use Adobe After Effects to support video production. Produce promotional videos for programs, social media, and the member portal as needed. Archive raw footage and final media projects. Write and edit promotional copy for email announcements, the website, social media, and program materials, including speaker introductions and questions. Participate in weekly meetings with the Director of Marketing & Engagement. 1–3 years of marketing experience; relevant marketing or journalism coursework preferred. ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and Informz/Higher Logic. ~ Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro video editing. ~ Google Analytics experience. ~ Comfort with remote supervision. #Larko is a women-owned, premier staffing and recruiting firm based in Chicago with a nationwide reach.
