Athletic Trainer

LMR Technical Group

Athletic Trainer

LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking an Athletic Trainer to join our team.

Location: Fort Polk, LA

Join the team optimizing the performance of America's soldiers.

At LMR Technical Group, our mission is to improve the readiness, resilience, and performance of America's military. We are seeking highly motivated certified athletic trainers to support the U.S. Army's Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Program, the Army's comprehensive initiative designed to maximize soldier performance and readiness across the force.

This is more than an athletic training position. It is an opportunity to become part of one of the Department of Defense's most significant investments in human performance. Since its launch in 2018, H2F has expanded to dozens of active-duty brigades and is expected to reach more than 110 brigades by FY2027. The program has already demonstrated measurable improvements in soldier readiness, including higher Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) pass rates, reduced musculoskeletal injuries, and improved overall health and resilience.

As an athletic trainer, you will work directly alongside soldiers while collaborating with an elite interdisciplinary team of healthcare and performance professionals committed to keeping America's warfighters healthy, resilient, and mission ready.

Why join LMR Technical Group?

LMR Technical Group is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) founded by military professionals who understand the importance of readiness and mission success. We have become one of the nation's leading providers of military human performance optimization services, supporting thousands of military personnel across the Department of Defense.

When you join LMR, you become part of a culture that values:

  • Mission-first service
  • Clinical excellence
  • Professional development
  • Collaboration across disciplines
  • Integrity, accountability, and innovation

Our human performance professionals make a measurable difference every day in the lives of America's military personnel.
