Senior Marketing Associate

A fast-growing, reputable financial services firm based in Miami is looking to hire a Senior Marketing Associate. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a closely related role. This candidate must be a HubSpot superuser, with deep enough platform knowledge to build sophisticated workflows, maintain a clean CRM architecture, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. HubSpot/Salesforce CRM Operations (The firm is transitioning from Salesforce to HubSpot in Q3/Q4 2026.) Own the architecture and day‑to‑day management of HubSpot/Salesforce, including contact records, deal pipelines, lifecycle stages, and custom properties Build and maintain automated email sequences, workflows, and lead nurture programs across the full funnel, from first touch to close Design and maintain dashboards that give leadership real‑time visibility into pipeline health, campaign performance, and audience engagement Ensure clean, bi‑directional data flow between FINTRX and HubSpot/Salesforce, eliminating manual re‑entry and maintaining a single source of truth Manage list imports, segmentation, and enrollment logic for all outbound campaigns Marketing Analytics and Reporting Own the company's marketing analytics infrastructure, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, HubSpot/Salesforce reporting, LinkedIn and Google Ads dashboards, and any connectors tying these sources together Build and maintain a master marketing performance dashboard giving leadership a unified view of pipeline influence, channel contribution, cost‑per‑lead by source, and funnel conversion rates from first touch to closed business Develop attribution models that connect paid and organic marketing touches to CRM pipeline outcomes, moving beyond last-click to give the team a more accurate picture of what's actually driving qualified leads Deliver regular performance reports to marketing and sales leadership: weekly snapshots on campaign health, monthly deep‑dives on channel and audience performance, and quarterly strategic reviews that inform budget and priorities Serve as the team's go‑to analytical resource for ad hoc data questions, including audience sizing, campaign feasibility analysis, competitive benchmarking, and funnel diagnostics Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a closely related role, ideally within financial services, asset management, or a B2B firm with a complex sales cycle A HubSpot power user with deep enough platform knowledge to build sophisticated workflows, maintain a clean CRM architecture, and troubleshoot issues as they arise Experience using data intelligence platforms (FINTRX, Preqin, PitchBook, or similar) to build targeted prospect lists and enrich CRM records A funnel‑first mindset: you naturally ask "where is this audience in the journey" before deciding what message to send Comfortable with data and light technical work, including CSV manipulation, workflow logic, basic HTML for email, and API‑level thinking (you don't need to be an engineer, but you can't be afraid of a spreadsheet) A high degree of attention to detail, with an understanding that in financial services, an incorrect contact record or mistimed outreach can cost a relationship Strong communication skills with both marketing and sales stakeholders, with the ability to translate data findings into plain‑language recommendations #J-18808-Ljbffr The Method Staffing
