Quality Inspector - 3rd Shift

Quality Inspector (3rd Shift) - Sterling Heights, MI.
$16.50 an hour

Shift : 10:00 pm - 6 am Sunday to Thursday, (weekends and overtime can be mandatory)

Scope of the Quality Inspector position : General visual inspection of parts (possible lifting up to 40lbs.)

Summary of the Quality Inspector:
Inspect parts per written instruction supplied by customer or CER Management as effectively and efficiently as possible

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector:

• Inspects designated materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual or dimensional inspection; rejecting and recording unacceptable materials
• Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations

Education and Experience of the Quality Inspector:

• High School Diploma / GED preferred
• Previous inspection experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to stand for long hours
• Able to read and write
