In This Role You Will: Ensure quality nursing care is provided with the assistance of other team members to all residents living in the assigned area, maintaining Clark standards and practice Pass medications, perform treatments, monitor care and oversee staff; may be required to provide direct patient care to patients when necessary Coordinate all aspects of each resident’s nursing care with the assistance of other team disciplines for the time assigned with them Ensure that proper resident care standards and practices are followed Communicate with residents, families and designated representatives about resident care issues Participate in the orientation process of new employees to ensure that competency requirements are met Work 12‑hour shifts: 6:00 am to 6:30 pm Who You Are: A licensed RN in the state of Michigan with a passion for compassionate, resident‑centered care Knowledgeable in nursing regulations, standards, and practices Works effectively, is precise, able to prioritize and meet job requirements and deadlines Demonstrates sound judgment and discretion in the performance of job duties Dedicated Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity Team Player Team Player: Works well as a member of a group Enthusiastic Enthusiastic: Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest Flexibility Flexibility: Inspired to perform well when granted the ability to set your own schedule and goals Work‑Life Balance Work‑Life Balance: Inspired to perform well by having ample time to pursue work and interests outside of work Ability to Make an Impact Ability to Make an Impact: Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization Preferred Education Associates or better; Bachelors or better.
