What You'll Do
- Provide advanced clinical support to hospitalist teams during night shifts
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage inpatient cases
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care
- Document patient encounters accurately within hospital electronic medical records
- Assist with patient assessments, protocols, and care planning
- Support hospital operations and patient flow during your shift
What You Need
Required:
- Active healthcare license or certification (specifics not provided)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or inpatient setting
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work independently during night shifts
Preferred:
- Prior experience in hospitalist or internal medicine support
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
