About the Role

The Company is seeking a North America Field CISO to join their security function. This Director-level role is pivotal in serving as the primary trusted security advisor to the most strategic accounts in the region. The successful candidate will not be involved in pre-sales or support but will operate at the intersection of customer success, executive advisory, and industry thought leadership. Responsibilities include helping CISOs, CTOs, and board-level stakeholders build and mature their human risk management programs, guiding them through insider risk strategy, and supporting them in audits and compliance programs. The role also demands a strong presence at major security conferences, the ability to author thought leadership pieces, and a focus on commercial and revenue impact by partnering with sales on security-sensitive enterprise deals. Applicants for the North America Field CISO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in enterprise information security, with at least 3 years in a CISO, VP of Security, or equivalent leadership role. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. Advanced security certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, GCEIT, or GIAC equivalent are also necessary. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of engaging and influencing C-suite and board audiences, as well as prior exposure to both U.S. and Canadian markets. The role demands a high level of self-direction, the ability to operate as a Director-level individual contributor, and a commitment to the company's values of collaboration, innovation, and community.
