Shift Leader

Position Overview Shift Leader – Bruegger's Bagels Lead store operations, motivate team, and ensure high‑quality guest experience. Responsibilities Collaborate with General Manager to maintain team morale and set tone. Provide feedback and coach team members as needed. Open and close the store with little to no supervision. Ensure food and beverage quality and maintain a safe, clean store environment. Help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 18 years of age or older. Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3 a.m.) and weekends. Must pass a background check as required by local, state, and federal law. Must obtain a ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training. Possession of a current, valid state‑issued driver’s license (preferred but required only at specific locations). Will meet driving qualifications as required by company policy.
