You’ll receive a competitive salary, excellent benefits, relocation assistance plus an amazing PNW lifestyle – a perfect combination!FTE:0%WORK SHIFTDaysPAY RANGE:$45.93 - $69.64UNION:UFCW 3000-Home HealthSHIFT DIFFERENTIALS/PREMIUMS:Weekend & Holiday Shifts: NoOn-Call Shifts: NoPremiums:Weekend - $4.00/hourLead - $3.25/hourPreceptor - $1.00/hourPer Diem - 15% (on base plus steps, in lieu of benefits)Certification - $2.00/hourWeekend Coord Pay (chg) - 15% on regular payJOB DESCRIPTION:The Speech Therapist is responsible for implementation of standards of care for speech language pathology services and for adherence to all conditions in the Service Agreement.EDUCATIONPossesses a degree, which includes an internship from an approved Master’s program in Speech Language Pathology, or as required by applicable law and/or regulation.EXPERIENCE2 years home health care experience preferred.Minimum of one-year clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology required.Meets the education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology, granted by the American Speech-Language – Hearing Association (ASHA).LICENSURE/CREDENTIALSCurrent Speech Language Therapy License required.Current BLS certification required.Valid Washington State driver’s license required.Proof of insurance on automobile used for work required.Driving record in compliance with OMC standards currently in effect or as may be amended, required.
