Job Title

Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP (Electrophysiology)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Electrophysiology (EP) Lab setting within a Level 1 Trauma Center
• Assist with EP and cardiac catheterization procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using EPIC electronic health records
• Float within scope of practice to other areas of the unit as needed based on staffing demands
• Complete all required facility orientation modules within the designated timeframe during the orientation week

Required Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license or a valid Compact State RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of EP Lab or Cardiac Cath Lab nursing experience
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records charting
• Ability to provide 2 professional references at time of submission
• Must comply with facility background check and screening requirements prior to start
• Must adhere to facility natural nail policy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience in a cardiac or procedural specialty setting
