Position Summary

Summit Mountain Rentals is seeking an organized and dependable Maintenance Coordinator to provide essential support to our maintenance department. This role helps keep the team operating efficiently by coordinating schedules, assigning and monitoring work orders, managing vendor needs, and ensuring employees have the resources and information needed to complete their work successfully.

The Maintenance Coordinator will communicate regularly with team members, vendors, and guests to help ensure maintenance needs are addressed promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate is self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with occasional work in the field.

What You'll Do

• Assign work orders and follow up to ensure they are completed on schedule
• Identify, hire, and coordinate vendors based on specific work order needs
• Partner with the Department Manager to update, improve, and maintain the maintenance inventory catalog within the company's software and maintenance facility
• Accurately post work order costs and expenses
• Assist with employee scheduling and keep the maintenance team organized
• Communicate with team members, vendors, and guests regarding maintenance needs and updates
• Periodically work in the field and complete deliveries as needed

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience working in hospitality or administrative roles
• Self-driven and able to work independently within established maintenance goals
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with scheduling and task delegation
• Availability to work weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using operational or property management software

Compensation, Benefits & More

Compensation: $70,000 annually
