This role will develop and standardize SOPs, process maps, project workflows, PMO templates, training materials, and governance documentation across the project lifecycle.The Technical Writer will work closely with project managers, project support teams, field personnel, and SMEs to document complex processes, improve consistency, and maintain clear, accurate, and accessible project documentation. The role will also support continuous improvement, document control, knowledge management, and audit readiness.
