Paid Media Specialist Starke Marketing is an award winning marketing and advertising agency that serves Fortune 500 companies to one‑person startups. We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our team and help businesses grow and scale. Responsibilities Work with the team to devise the right campaign strategy for each client. Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, Instagram, and other platforms. Create marketing emails as needed. Provide insights on active campaigns to improve performance and identify opportunities. Communicate with clients regarding the details of their campaigns. Meet and exceed KPIs and client expectations. Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data‑driven optimization recommendations. Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and tools, and recommend how to incorporate them into our strategy. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client target audiences and how to reach and engage them through different digital verticals. Qualifications 2+ years of Facebook advertising experience. 2+ years of Google Ads experience. High level of attention to detail. Ability to hit deadlines and work in a fast‑moving environment. Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM is preferred. Agency experience is a plus.
