Agile Specialist (Hybrid - Burbank, CA or Orlando, FL)
Optomi is partnering with a leading organization in the entertainment industry to hire an Agile Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Agile software delivery practices across HR technology initiatives. This position is crucial for driving innovation and ensuring the successful adoption of Agile methodologies within the company. Your expertise will be instrumental in solving complex problems, mentoring team members, and negotiating innovative solutions. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to guide and influence others.

What type of experience does the right candidate have:
- Strong experience facilitating Scrum processes and events (minimum 5 years)
- Proven experience in various agile methodologies
- Experience delivering and supporting SaaS applications
What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:
- Develop and maintain Agile processes, principles, and practices across supported teams
- Conduct ongoing assessments of Agile capabilities and provide input for continuous improvement
- Lead agile events with product teams including daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint ceremonies, etc.
- Support the Product Manager in prioritizing product roadmap initiatives relative to business needs
- Drive consistent metric tracking and dashboard visualization for internal teams and stakeholders
