OPERATIONS COORDINATOR The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Life Network. Working closely with the Director of Operations, this role provides essential support across facilities management, vendor coordination, and office operations to help ensure the organization runs smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong administrative and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple schedules and expectations, and a high aptitude for multitasking. The ideal candidate is personable, flexible, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a self-directed environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential due to regular interaction with ministry supporters, staff, and vendors. RESPONSIBILITIES Administration Serve as the first face of Life Network, creating a welcoming environment for visitors and callersGreet guests and answer phones with professionalism and friendlinessAssist with day-to-day operations and management of office functionsReceive deliveries and manage incoming mail distributionMaintain and update administrative procedural manualAssist with staff birthday recognitions and coordinate flowers or gifts for staff and donors for special occasions (e.g., losses, new babies)Support staff development days and training programsAssist with special projects and events as neededCoordinate staff prayer requests and on-site prayer teamsSupport pre- and post-event banking and data management for major ministry events (e.g., Walk, Gala)All staff are required to participate in Life Networks major events Donor Care Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate donor processingCollaborate with donor care departments to accurately maintain records in the donor databaseRespond to donor inquiries in a prompt, friendly, and professional mannerAssist donors with account-related requests, including processing new gifts, updating contact information, and modifying donor records Operations Partner with the Director of Operations and Facility Technician on all building- and facility-related mattersProvide support with building maintenance and repairsSupport vendor coordinationOversee the facilities maintenance and repair software platformSupport onboarding and training logistics for new hiresSupport project coordination and operational workflowsSupport safety and security systems and trainingOrganize and maintain confidential filesOversee office and kitchen inventory and purchasingOversee office equipment functionality and maintenanceOversee monthly printer reporting and expense logsOversee postage distribution and expense logsSupport purchase order processing through reconciliation softwareCoordinate facility and equipment needs for directors and guestsServe as the liaison for phone system management and oversee its software platformWorking in collaboration with the Director of Operations and, in their absence, communicating directly with IT to address facility-related concerns (e.g., internet or network outages)Support communication between staff and IT for help desk requests EXPERIENCE A combination of formal education, training and/or experience to acquire knowledge and skills equivalent to those possessed by a college graduateMinimum of two years of experience in a related administrative fieldBasic bookkeeping knowledge is helpful QUALIFICATIONS Strong advocate for the sanctity of life issuesPossesses Christian testimony with evidence of Christian maturity in personal and professional lifeActive commitment to a local churchA passion for the ministry accomplished through Life Network and a heart for reaching the lost in our community and around the world with the GospelWorking knowledge of MS Office Suite and ability to learn donor database softwareStrong skills in Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of formulas and spreadsheetsKnowledge of general office equipmentMust possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrates a high level of organization and flexibility in managing projects and processesDemonstrates ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discernment with staff, clients, volunteers, vendors, and ministry supportersExhibits a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys interacting with and connecting well with peopleDemonstrates ability to work on several projects simultaneouslyAbility to work well under pressure and tight deadlines, both independently and with others, while maintaining high-quality standardsAbility to manage last-minute changes with a cheerful attitude PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periodsFrequent use of a computer, keyboard, and phone for administrative tasksOccasional bending, reaching, and carrying office supplies, mail, and materialsAble to occasionally lift 20 to 30 lbs.Visual, hearing, and verbal ability sufficient to communicate with staff, donors, vendors, and the publicAbility to move about the facility to support building, equipment, and office needs CLASSIFICATION Full-time at 40 hours per week. Pay range: $17 - $22 per hour. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday. Reports to the Director of Operations. Primarily working out of the Peyton location.
