Utah OBG Locum - Sept 28 - Oct 2 Work Dates Needed: Sept 28, 026 - Oct 2, 2026 Preferred Schedule: Clinic + 24-hr Call. Clinic Days: Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri. Wednesdays are generally surgery days, but afternoon clinic may be booked in lieu of surgery or light surgincal days for the locum 1pm - 5pm. Orientation 9/28 1pm Clinic coverage 9/29 9 am to 5pm Clinic coverage 9/30 9 am to 5pm Clinic coverage 10/1 9 am to 5pm Clinic Coverage 10/2 9 am to 5pm Call 9/29 8 a.m. 10/3 8 am. Worksite Setting: inpatient/Outpatient Scope of Work: Procedures/Treatments required: Colposcopy, Laparoscopy, Ectopic pregnancy treatment (surgical & medical), miscarriage management (surgical & medical), EMD, IUD placement and removal, Nexplanon placement and removal, New initial OB ultrasounds for dating (in office). Vaginal and C-Section deliveries Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: ACTIVE Utah license and DEA, Board Certified EMR: MedHost
