Conduct vital sign measurements and room patients for appointments.

Administer injections as directed by healthcare providers.

Accurately enter referrals and assist with prior authorizations.

Warmly greet patients and create a welcoming environment.

Verify insurance coverage and manage authorizations.

Handle payment transactions and co-pay collections.

Professionally answer phone calls, triage messages, and direct inquiries.

Demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Emphasis on Referrals: Manage the referral process diligently to ensure continuous patient care, including documentation in the EHR.

Scan and file documents daily into patients' charts accurately.

Certified Medical Assistant with experience in multitasking under pressure

Availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (1-hour lunch break)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred

Proficient in various clinical and administrative tasks as outlined

CPR certificate

Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively

Positive, energetic, and proactive in various tasks
