Maintenance Technician

This Maintenance Technician position puts you at the center of plant operations — supporting maintenance and acid recovery teams, solving real problems on the floor, and helping keep production running smoothly. If you have trade school training and can communicate confidently in both English and Spanish, this role was built for you. What You'll Do Perform hands-on maintenance tasks throughout the plant, supporting daily operations and minimizing downtime Assist with acid recovery processes in accordance with plant safety policies and procedures Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues and communicate solutions clearly to your team Train and assist fellow maintenance and acid recovery employees on proper procedures Manage small projects from start to finish, coordinating with supervisors and team members Document maintenance work and communicate updates in both English and Spanish Collaborate closely with a cross-functional plant team to keep operations on track What You Bring Required Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) At least 1 year of technical or trade school education in a relevant field Hands-on experience or training in maintenance, mechanical, or industrial work Strong communication skills — you'll be talking to both floor workers and supervisors Preferred Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment Familiarity with plant safety standards and procedures Experience training or mentoring coworkers on the job Schedule & Shift Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM Mandatory overtime on Fridays when needed Pay & Compensation $20.00 per hour REASONS YOU'LL LOVE WORKING FOR YES!
